Manny of course but to be fair he was injured and Floyd was on PEDs Clenelo was dead at the catchweight against Floyd ''I’ve never fought a guy at a catchweight. I don’t fight guys at catchweights. I look at Miguel Cotto as an undefeated fighter. He faced Pacquiao, but Pacquiao caught him at a catchweight. It wasn’t the best Miguel Cotto. He was drained; he wasn’t hydrated. Give me the guys where they are comfortable at their weight so there are no excuses" Mayweather
The guys at work told me that "supposedly Canelo got paid 1 million to take it easy on floyd.'' it sure looked that way ahha.
Welcome to the mindset of Canelo fanboys. Despicable children. Canelo could **** their wives and they'd still sit back and make excuses for him. I never thought I'd see more simp'esq fans than the 08-12 Pac & Floyd fans, but these PED excusers are something else.
For the record I never thought he did. But to be fair and honest I don't think Pacquiao should have been taking selfies before the Floyd fight. Never meaning that he squandered his talents, but he shoulda been taking it a little bit more serious lol. Jmo
I actually think Alvarez did both better and worse against Junior. He did better in that he pressured Mayweather more often and had Floyd on the defesivive a bit more often. He did worse in that, despite his efforts, he achieved even less than Pacquiao who had a couple of good flurries but that was about it.
Pac did better. Won an extra round or two and Floyd was more offensively conservative and controlled.
It wasn't a very close fight, but Pac did better against Floyd. Floyd was on point (as much as a post prime Floyd could be) against Pac, he was worried about Pac's speed and unorthodoxy. He played with Canelo, I can't remember after what round it was, but Canelo was in the corner and looked like he wanted to die from being outclassed (which makes the draw scorecard all the more ridiculous).
They were both schooled. I found it hard to score any rounds for Canelo while Pacquiao might have won a couple to 3 maybe 4 rounds at most.
