Always nice to see a boxing highlight/tribute video with music that doesn't make me facepalm. Some nice tracks in there. The commentary in some places was also a good touch.

I'm surprised that the video barely showed any of De La Hoya's good moments against Floyd, though.

He doesn't want to appear biased. he definitely could have added some of Oscar's good moments but then he would need to balance it out with Floyd's good moments. I'm guessing he was thinking that the video was becoming too long at that point, since he wanted to fit Oscar's entire career in the video but not make it too long as to not deter people from watching.

Explosions in the sky are the best, Friday night Lights anybody?
I was actually surprised at how much oscar touched Floyd, but I felt that emphasizing his inability to be effective really during the last part of the video would show he didn't really have "it" anymore to pull it out.

    Why not? he was aces.

    :smoke Tries?!

I hate watching a highlight vid when I know an epic commentary moment comes up, but they don't play it and instead just keep the music going :nono

    Mayweather is 5'8.

De La Hoya has at least 2 inches on him

    :good

And kinda why I stayed away from doing a full on Whitaker/Oscar clip..I kinda stayed away from that one if anyone noticed....a great W but **** me an awful fight from two of my favourite fighters.

I couldn't be assed to find one good full vid on that one. I know, I know. I was really happy for Oscar that fight he boxed wonderfully. That right hand of his came outta nowhere

Ay man great work :good was an awesome vid.

Boxing is poorer without true stuperstars like Oscar willing to chase the best and wanting to test themselves against their rivals.

    Hoya was a badass

    Thanks K!

Just imagine: Oscar moved up and had Quartey, Carr, Trinidad, Mosley within one year

After fighting Chavez, Whitaker, Hernandez, Ruelas, Gonzales, Molina, Leija, Rivera at the lighter weights :nut
