For somebody your size your BMR is probably just over 2000 calories, mate. Being on crutches is a poor excuse for gaining 50+ pounds, you obviously stop eating so much if you know you're not burning as many calories....
I couldn't because I had to eat throughout the day with my pills. Plus, I've said before that I bulked up on purpose because, with my knee injuries, I had to switch to playing OL in college (football). But that's irrelevant. All of this is. I don't see what was wrong with me starting a thread looking for tips? Will I ignore the ones telling me not to take my training seriously? Yeah, obviously.
