Sure.....if the top guys fight him it shouldn't matter where they fight. With US fighters...the top fighters around the world make the trek to the US b/c that is where the money is and where most of the toughest competition can be found. It's not double standards at all...it's about who you beat and how you beat them.

Where you fight has nothing to do with it. It's who you fight.

yes, but its also who wins, its like SF 49ers playing ever game at Candlestick Park this year, its not going to be fair on the other teams. Yes Euro boxers are told they have to fight in the USA while all the US boxers (RJJ, Mayweather for example) get home soil everytime.

That is a good point. The UK isn't a tiny, culturally homogeneous little place where everyone speaks like Dick Van Dyke, but still a good point.

A PPV big success in the US is considered over 1million buys approx. You have a population of 270million so that is only 1 in 270 people buying it!

Over here Hatton has sold out over 2 million buys, the equivalent in the US would be about 9million buys- proportinoally the UK is more of a "boxing country" than the US.

I've prob ****ed up my arithmetic cause I have one eye on the PC and another on the TV watching the Rangers game- but you get my idea...hopefully!
