    It seems that none of the other middleweights could make it. Maybe BJS, but he weighed in 173 for a fight not long ago. He looks like he has some weight to lose, but he is two inches taller than Canelo. GGG won't do it, Jacobs, Quillin, Lee, Eubank Jr.; no chance.

    Anyway, do you think Canelo's folks will pay the bucks to bring one of the big JMW names up a pound?

    A rematch with Lara or Trout? J-Rock? one of the Charlo brothers? Andrade? How would he fare in these fights?

    If it's me I say take a tune-up, then go to 160 and fight GGG in a PPV superfight in the fall. There's no guarantee he could beat one of the young SMWs, and losing to one would be an embarrassment, as would not making weight.

    He's only using 155 as a bargaining chip vs GGG, against lesser fighters he will be willing to go closer to the MW limit (but still draining them a bit).
