So if Floyd Fights Pacquiao is he still a cherrypicker who fights small guys?

Yep. Roach was correct when he said the Void is afraid of Pac.

I think this is a legitimate fight for Floyd. PBF's size advtanage might play a role, but not that much IMO since Pac's overall size and strength is not that far apart to Floyd's.

Marquez was a cherrypick move but not Pac. And I will give Floyd credit if he beats Pac.

Now what gets me about these Floyd fans(especially the ones in this thread) is the fact that they defend this Floyd-Pac matchup but at the same time they go around ranting that Floyd will school Pac or kick his ass. So for them, they think Pac is a legit fight for Floyd but Floyd will easily beat him...

... uh, doesn't that sound a bit contradictory then? Floyd easily beating Pac would mean that Floyd is indeed cherrypicking Pac, am I right? So what's the deal? If your gonna say that the Pac-Floyd matchup is legit, then be prepared to admit that Pac will at least be a tough matchup for Floyd and will give him trouble. Don't go blowing contradictions out of your asses and say Floyd 'schools' Pac.

I personally think Pac will beat Floyd, but not before going through hell and back. And I certainly would NEVER rule out a PBF win at all. That's how great and tough the fight is and anybody who says otherwise is nothing more than a dickriding, cocksucking, nuthugging excuse of a ******. :deal

lol at all the built in excuses that pac is too small. He already fought hoya and hatton so he is already an established 140 lber and above

If he's too small for welterweight then simply don't fight there and go down. If that small excuse is always hanging around it would go like these:

pac wins: wow great accomplishment from a small person coming from flyweight

pac lose: its clear he didn't belong there, he is too small, his opponent cherry pick him.

Will we have this kind of thought for all the welterweights he will be fighting? if so its like a win-win situation for him, and a lose lose situation for his opponent which doesnt do anything to add to their legacy

all you pac fans(i'm one too tbh), you shouldn't support your fighter if he fights a welterweight while you people will have that thought that he is too small. There should be clearly no excuse about him being small after facing hoya and hatton and winning in stunning fashion. I dislike the fact that former flyweight and forwer feather weight are brought up.

So Floyd should just forget it and sign to fight Paul Williams and no one will say **** unless Pac moves up and beats Mosley.

NO it's not 'END OF STORY'
You can't argue with FACTS mate and PAC fought 8 TIMES against LOCK Hall of Famers:
Marco Antonio Barrera 2 times, Juan Manuel Marquez 2 times, Erik Morales 3 times and Oscar De La Hoya once.

Floyd has ONLY FOUGHT 1 HALL OF FAMER. De La Hoya and PAC DESTROYED HIM while Floyd was taken to a split decision.

Those are not opinions THOSE ARE FACTS and the facts are that PAC is the superior fighter.

    END OF STORY.

Yea he's cherry picking, pac is smaller and floyd knows he has the right style to tap that ass. This fight will make floyd look good, however he has been fighting 140 and above a lot longer than pac.

a question for floyd fanatics and nuthuggers. (excluding me, m a fan but not a nuthugger)

are you proud and happy that pbf is now fighting against marquez and ultimately on a collision course with pac?

shouldn't you be happier if he fights cotto, mosley, williams or margarito (after the ban).

seriously? are you proud of that fact?

why? pac beat hoya who was bigger than mosley and that was at 147. And why floyd vs. williams? Oh ok i guess its because its the fight YOU want, nice opinion

i feel a fight with marquez and pac is better and intriguing, in fact there are a few who dislike floyd who are also intrigued and had no problem at all against a marquez/pac fight.

To answer your question yes i am proud, he's fighting the 2 best fighters in the world, margarito as we all know shouldn't be even mentioned even if he's ban is already lifted. Mosley, is a good fight but i understand why floyd won't fight him because he doesn't sell fights. Cotto is still establishing himself and i hope he gets to rematch mosley soon so their would be a winner determine. Williams, he's an up and comer to the sport, a young champion just like juanma and he's on the way up to 154.

Floyd is already on that status/position like pac where they deserved the big fights, paul williams really doesn't make sense. If so pac should also fight bradley or valero, thats how floyd fighting williams sounds like
