What Pacquiao did to Marquez was clearly illegal and could've gotten him DQ'd. Whether or not it was a cheap shot depends on if he knew Marquez was down. In the end, it doesn't really matter. Marquez got up and whipped Pacquiao's ass all over the ring for the next 11+ rounds. Seriously, I had Marquez winning 9 rounds in that fight. I'm puzzled as to how Pacquiao got that decision.
