Floyd would never take JMM at 126. Pac did

Pac's not fighting anyone at 154, Cotto is not special. Naturally that makes DRod better than Pac, since he fought Wolak at 154. And vice versa.

Why? Pac is not fighting at 154, Floyd didn't fight at 126.

It was a dumb comment I was responding to anyway, it's like saying, Macklin fought Sergio at 160, why can't Floyd

He doesn't, he gave up that sham belt way back. Pretty much after the fight, when he said he's never fighting that heavy again.

Props to Floyd for being willing to fight a blown up paper champ at the full weight in his 5th weightclass. Why he won't accommodate Sergio at the same weight, I'm not sure. Any idea?

Cotto left his prime after the 1st Margarito bout, and as you could see in second even a damaged Cotto barely got hurt by Cheato's punches so its obvious the hands of stone ruined him for all his career. After that Fight Cotto Always looks like a ****ing meatball in the face after a few rounds. Go look Cotto's face after taking 300 punches from Shane Mosley, Almost not a Scratch.

who the **** cares about what Manny is doing since the Mayweather fight isnt going to happen why worry about it?
My question is why hasnt Floyd gone after the WBC title at 154?

dont matter that he gave it up. he counts it as a weightclass belt so hence he fought there before. he wouldnt fight cotto at his strong weight. he will try some satchweight nonsense yet again.

Pacquiao is damaged goods and passed prime. He is Bradley's leftovers. Cotto will tag and destroy him with ease.

I got Miguel @ 54, punding on Pac's body all night and brutally KO'ing him under 10. Revenge is a biatch modefuggers!

it amazes at how you sit there and justify all of Pac's bull****. You have zero objectivity. your viewpoint is skewed completely in Pac's favor. Pac could commit premeditated murder and you would probably justify it by saying, "The victim was asking for it, so its not Pac's fault!" In your eyes Pac can do no wrong, yet the majority of real boxing fans can see through the smoke and mirrors. Both catchweight fights with Cheato were **** moves on the part of Cotto and Manny. Just cuz Manny's stinks a little less doesnt stop it from being ****!

If it is at 154, it is a great win.
If it is at a 150/151 catch weight, it is still a good win, but very weak of Pac to do and dillutes the win a tiny bit.
If it is at 147, then it would be a case of "draining" and the win would be highly asterisked.

No matter what, it means less than it would for someone else on the grounds that Pacquiao already dominated Cotto three years ago when Cotto was closer to his prime. Add Cotto to Morales/Barrera/Marquez as the big names he fights 2 or 3 times each. Once again, the fight at the full junior middleweight limit would be very legit but I and everyone else should once again question: "Why no Marquez IV? Why not redeem yourself now?"
