So if Wilder faces Breazeale next is that cool with you?

Wilder/Breazeale is a pretty decent fight to be honest, it's a fight I've wanted for a while. I think Breazeale's durability and the fact he's dangerous when hurt could make him a dangerous opponent for Wilder. Yes he's easy to hit but we all saw Fury take Wilder's best shots and get up, I don't think Breazeale will be easy to put away.

But fact is this would only be an acceptable next opponent for Wilder if Fury decides to not take the rematch right away and fights Joshua instead leaving Wilder with no viable opponent other than to face his mandatory. Though even then I think Whyte would be a better opponent.

Joshua clearly wants the fight, Wilder says he's begging for it, Joshua agrees, so it's not like Joshua and Hearn can be accused of not chasing this fight when both sides agree they are trying to make the fight. Also Wilder recently said he wouldn't take the Joshua fight next, no matter what the money is offered because he wants Fury next. But if Fury isn't available and Joshua is and they are offering Wilder a record payday they have no reason not to take the fight.

Wilder/Joshua in April, Fury fights the winner.

    Nothing else makes sense really.

AJ vs Whyte & Wilder vs Breazeale ... is something to present as alternative in negotiations but is a second rate option.

After Wilders **** poor performance against the cherry pick, sorry, Fury, I very much doubt that Wilder will fight Breazeale next as he will likely get the WBC (Wilder Bodygaurd Conglomerate) to order Whyte vs Breazeale to decide the mandatory spot for Wilder, during which time some ancient, irrelevant never was will be dragged back into the WBC top 15 after a 10 year hiatus to become Wilders next voluntary.

Only thing 50/50 about that fight would be if Joshua knocks him out in the first half of the fight.

Ortiz beats a bunch of nobodies and the wilder fraternity go into meltdown about it. Big him up all you like, it doesn't legitimize Wilders win any further. He beat yet another hand selected opponent who has done as little as wilder has in his career, only difference is that Ortiz never got to beat some bum with a belt.

It’s bs if breazeale gets to fight wilder considering Whyte was wbc n1 for awhile and pretty much won most of wbc’s minor titles which should mean something and the fact that wilder vs Breazeale is only ending 1 way which is wilder ko, rather seen wilder vs Whyte as Whyte imo at least has a chance of a win even if it is small. Whyte has the counter left hook which can catch and take wilder out. Wilder vs breazeale is ok but as long as Wilder fights a top opponent afterwards

You could have saved us all the trouble of reading your essay by beginning with this statement.

It must be nice to see the world with the eyes of a child. Everything is so simple. I envy you your naivete.

I just want us all to be able to move on and not start blaming anybody for anything apart from wilder and Finkel who are to blame for it all.

Not alot to ask is it?

In no way would that be cool with me, nor should it be cool with any serious boxing fan. Wilder has unfinished business with Fury. If he can't make that fight happen because of politics, then he should seek a fight with Joshua, Povetkin, or Whyte. Wilder can't call himself a champion if he doesn't fight the very best contenders.

    Based on what? Lol
His performance against Scott, Allen or his latest performance?

What has Ortiz done and whoo has he beaten that gives you this opinion.
Who are the fighter's you rate so highly that Ortiz has beaten and who weren't too far removed from a loss?

    Can't wait for this

Wilder not fighting either Fury or AJ next would be quite despicable IMO.

Yes I know exactly what you mean.
He didn't look great when beating Scott some time back.

I don't think you are being serious.
Where would you get that opinion from.

What performance of Joshua's and Ortiz performance makes you think it is 50/50?

Ortiz doesn't have a massive workrate and I wouldn't be surprised if he lost to several HWs
