Read a bunch of threads but seriously, what are the thoughts here? I think Cotto wins a UD.

Geale UD maybe and its a big maybe late stoppage, or he'll get robbed.

Has all the makings of a great fight. But let's see Geale make weight first and see what kind of shape he's in before getting too carried away with predictions.

Golovkin KO. He'll storm the ring post fight and immediately KO whoever won.

I think Cotto by KO. He's been looking pretty damn impressive as of late. Him and Roach are like PB and J right now. I'd be surprised if Geale wins.

Cotto wins TKO 5, I hope he gets a chance to really beat Geale up and stop him before Geale can pull another quit job.

Graham Shaw says he's confident Geale can make weight and suggesting Cotto isn't totally focussed on Geale :

“He’ll make the weight with no doubt 157,” Shaw said. “We took the fight with the catch weight, it should be 160 but we’re not going to moan about it. We signed the contract at 157, so we’re not going to make a big deal about it.”

“I wouldn’t talk about a fight after I have a fight in front of me,” Shaw said. “I wouldn’t do it but Miguel’s certainly got a lot of good people in front of him so if they want to talk up another fight, they can do that but I certainly wouldn’t do that.”

Cotto by TKO in late rounds on Geale due to the DIVA catchweight :yep:deal
I would love to see Geale knock Cotto out and under the ropes but what I want never works out in boxing:lol::rofl:-(

Well the predictions on the forum are bullet proof... because 1st, large majority says Cotto will loose big time.

After watching the workouts and seeings how good Cotto looks, they are already preparing the excuse for the loss via the catchweight.

So it's a loss, loss for Cotto.

To be honest I don't know much about Geale, first time I saw him was the Golovkin fight so I retract my statement that Cotto ought to obliterate him if Golovkin took him out in 2 rounds, stupid thing to say really.
