if you go 100-0 with 100 KOs you are an all time great
however on ESB if you go
100-1 with 100 KOs you are a hype job and glass jaw fraud

No! One loss to a big, quality fighter doesn't make you a hypejob! Seeing as he gave a good effort and tough fight too. Some ESB people..

Do the McEwan, Vera wins become irrelevant now? He's still a top 10 guy I think IMO.

No. Lee's one of the top middleweights today. Chavez Jr is better than we thought. Believe it or not but sometimes fighters lose.

I think that John Duddy is better than Andy Lee. It's pity! he has retired already.

Not a hypejob...just not as good as Jr (who as stated numerous times above, is improving with every fight. The kid is actually turnin out to b rather good)

Before the Chavez Jr fight he wasn't.

But now that Jr ****ed his ass up, he has abviously been a hype job all along.

    ESB logic right there.

Andy is a good fighter, just not quite very elite world class.

JCC is better than people are giving him credit for. Hes a big strong middleweight who has improved noticably in recent years.

    Agree with this. . .

It's not that Lee is overrated, Chavez Jr. was just underrated. . .

u say he looks good early and fades late. he didnt look good early in the fight too me and he didnt fade late in the fight.

hes a contender but not a serious one he doessnt stand a chance vs jr as we seen and sergio would kill him as well .

but he mite b able to beat macklin , or sturm

    Who hyped him?

People were optimistic about the improvements he'd made, patching up some of the holes that everyone plainly saw from early on (and that almost cost him against McEwan, for instance) and even losing to JCC Jr. doesn't erase the work he's put in over the last few years.

He is one solid middleweight among many, same as ever. Nobody ever put him in their top 10 pound for pound list, so I'm not sure how he was a hype job?

Lee fights clumsy,no head movement,i gave him a chance in the fight, because i thought it would bring out the best in his boxing skills, but he fights the same all the time.

To a degree, yes. Lee moves around like a goofy kid, that always gets picked last in school. He isn't a natural athlete. But that doesn't mean he isn't tough and has a lot of heart. But he'd always lose to the elite guys like Martinez, Chavez, Golovkin, Pirog and Quillin.
