Sky channel 480 - Primetime TV

New channel. Pay for every time you view otherwise known as Pay Per View or abbreviated to PPV.

    :patsch

  4. It's live on BBC1 and ITV.

If you miss either of those the fight is repeated every hour, on the hour, on Channel 4 the next day.

    For Fecks Sake

I went to the www.primetimelive.co.uk to order this fight, but wasn't sure if I could order the stream to watch purely online, as I'm too skint/tight to have Sky. I looked around forums and articles and stuff, and everyone seems to think it's possible, so I ring Primetime up. The First fella, last night, says "No sir, you need a viewing card and a sky box to view it." Instead of arguing with the git I just bite my lip and say "OK".

Knowing this git to be spouting bull****, I ring back today for confirmation, and some woman says "you can watch it online, to the best of my knowledge".

How complicated can this bloody be? One program in a few days time and two call center muppets aren't even sure? What the **** did their training consist of?
"Oh hello class, erm, we like do a bit of boxing and stuff. If you're not sure just blag it"?

After all this arsing around I decide to order it online and the daft site won't accept the payment information.

I know this isn't watchdog or anything, just wanted a rant.

Anyone know what's going on with this primetime bunch?

Order it Online? Or use the online facility to order it?

If there's a stream being sold by primetime How much is it?

The call centre is probably outsourced to someone else and primetime is likely to receive a lot less calls than anything else they deal with.

Aye, the lack of an email address is really frustrating. It's not often you get a customer sitting there with their money in their hand, willing to pay and they're unable to. Given the fact that the channel is brand new and no one has heard of it, it's doubly stupid.

I actually thought the number would get me through to someone who knew more about the service that I did, at least. Worth a try, anyway.
