I made a babelfish translation of the following link (in Dutch) which tells us Vitaly Klitschko and Lennox Lewis might clash somewhere halfway next year.

So any predictions? Lewis TKO6 again ?

    Boxingfight of 150 millions euro

    Of our Telesportredactie

AMSTERDAM - where the complete boxingworld hopes secretly on, will happen probably also real. Lennox Lewis (42) seem, as it happens, prepared return in the ring. But only for one fighting. The most successful boxer of the past ten years grants the current world champion heavyweight, Vitali Klitschko (37), a revanche. Lewis won in 2003, the fight for WBC-titel thanks to technical knockout.

Over two weeks the parties of Klitschko and Lewis will hold the first conversations. Possible locations have been, however, already called. The fighting will take place by all odds in Madison Square Garden (New York) or O2-Arena in London. Then to Lennox already directly the possibility for revanche offered me. Unfortunately he something stopped later, said Klitschko. I look forward to now already the fight. This time is I the title holder and I also of him will win, continued the Oekraïner who on 11 October of this year at the cost of Samuel Peter WBC-titel conquered.

According to the expectations the prestigious conflict is battled out halfway 2009. At that moment the pay-desks will tinkle in any case considerably. This fighting has a value of such a 150 millions euro. The complete world will sit to the tube, thus Emanuel Steward , which coached Lennox Lewis in 2003.

Well, I'm sure the cash will come 'tinkling' in and we'll all be sitting around the tube if they did it, but the sheer amount of false rumours about this over the years makes it hard to believe in.

I'd watch it but don't really want it to happen. Just another boxing trainwreck with a 43 year old Lewis in there.

Wow...i dont know how you can come to that conclusion. AT least, Vitali keeps in shape with all those cancelled bouts. Lennox must be 300 lbs. Age was not a big factor then but now...Lennox is 43!!! ANd, Vitali, in his last bout, almost look the same as he was in his prime. No, if this fight happens (wich i'm not hoping for) Lewis will get thashed.

    Lennox, STAY RETIRED!

Can you imagine what a riot it would be if this match happens ...it would be a one big 24/7 episode until next summer.

If it is going to happen, I'd prefer to see Lewis take another fight first, his age and ring rust must make Vitali favorite just now.

Lewis-Holyfield III would maybe be a bit of a freak show, but if their both back in the business I'd prefer to see that, or something similar first before Lewis-Klitschko II.

I would not advise Lewis to take this fight...
Then again, Why Not they should call it Vitali's revenge.

I don't give a 43 Yr old Lennox any chance whatsoever.
(Then again it is HW's, So who know's)

i hope this fight never happens. i can't see any way Lewis would come out of retirement for this fight. he is may favorite fighter of all time and i think he would get stopped in the rematch.
