Nice scrap, but not really excited to see this one.

Clottey is the welterweight's version of Juarez, and though he has a good chin, I think Quintana will box his ear off for a close decision win.

(And we will hear Clottey's non-stop whining and bitching once more.) **** it.

Kind of an awkward fight with two natural counterpunchers. My guess is Carlos starts strong but then gets punished late and loses the decision.

Not as fast, but essentially, yes.

Clottey has a huge edge in physicality for this fight. The question is whether he can figure out Quintana in time to do damage and slow him down. I think he can, Quintana doesn't have the firepower to make him as reluctant to throw as he was against Cotto.

Truthfully this IS Joshua Clottey...and judging by Clottey in other big fights against not shot opposition, I'd say there's a decent chance Clottey would fade first.

Clottey can rough up Quintana. Can he make Quintana mentally give in? probably. Can he capitalize on it enough to put him away? I don't think so.

Freaking Clottey... I really think 90% of what holds him back is mental. You can see it in his interviews, he's too thoughtful for his own good. I bet if we could record his thoughts during a fight, it would be like someone with a compulsive disorder.

It's a damned good fight. Quintana can win if he manages to royally confuse Clottey, which is not totally out of the question.

my money is on clottey, and at -210 great odds too. nothing impresses me about quintana, even with his first fight will paul williams he looked sloppy and winded as hell. he also hasn't fought since october 2008. clottey by a comfortable UD
