So does that mean Pacquiao ducked Mayweather last time when he refused 14 days?

Makes me think Pac actually ducked Mayweather the first time.

Why didn't he agree to it then???

Wow, Pac cant win with you guys can he. He keeps his stance he is ducking for not agreeing, he budges and he is ducking cos he did not agree first time.

Perhaps the most obvious reason is public backlash? The public are now throwing questions on the drug issue because people are fickle and you literally just need to put a rumour out there and it will catch like wildfire.

Pacquiao accepting the 14 day window is now slightly suspicious. After the mosley fight there should not be any window.

How? its just another article we all read before. Its been 21 days since Floyd stepped into the ring ....Doesn't a fighter need time away from the sport ,maybe spend some of that money he earn and spend time with his family....and this fight somehow the promoters will mess it up ,not the fighters.

How is Floyd ducking? Team Mayweather just said "no comment" on the drug test issue, hence the no negotiations through the media. All u hear is Team Pac, mainly Arum, saying **** in the media to make things go off track.

This will go down as the STUPIDEST reason to not have a fight, In the history of the sport.

Yep. He can't win if he doesn't fight.:nono

As far as the testing goes. Floyd stated outright that he wouldn't budge on the testing issue next time. Now that he says this, Pac all of a sudden comes out and agrees to the 14-day window that he says he would never negotiate on. He should have done it the first time.

And you're right. Public backlash probably has something to do with it. And every time a baseball player, cyclist, football player, or anyone else comes up positive for illegal PED's, Pac will suffer more backlash. I admit, it isn't particualrly fair, but it's reality. After all, Floyd isn;t asking Manny to take any tests that he is not willing to take.
