That must be some sort of record, an outright lie in the very first sentence of a post.

Mayweather had never come in overweight prior to him negotiating for the Pac fight. He has in fact never come in over the contracted weight for a fight.

You need to understand something quite simple yet pertinent to your argument.

You can put pigs in suits, but you will never stop them grunting.

Fanatical *******s / Mayweather haters simply DON'T WANT to hear the truth. They will cling desperately onto the lies of Arum, like a cheap ***** will cling to a dollar bill.

You know the " Yesterday I was lying, today I'm telling the truth " parasitical vermin Arum.

And all their cross eyed little hero has to say is " Mr Arum is in charge " and they give him a free pass.

From your own post. Fight was made at 144.

I will try and use a real world example to try and help you understand:

If a person commits a crime and then pays a fine does this mean that the crime never occurred in the first place.

Here is an even easier real world example if your little brain is capable of understanding it.

Mayweather failed to meet the weight limit at 146 lb and was fined as a result. However, it was later revealed that the contract was changed so that Mayweather could make weight within the welterweight limit of 140–147 lb as long as Marquez received a large guarantee.

Do you think there is even the slightest chance you might be able to comprehend that?

If not stick to the bible, or other fairy tales.

Just as an aside JMM ,never blamed Mayweathers weight for the defeat, rather he said he himself felt sluggish due to not being used to the extra weight he had put on.

But lets not let facts get in the way of *******ism, eh?

Floyd didn't even have to agree to 144lbs against JMM.

He didn't need Marquez...nor did he have to agree to a penalty...he could have told him to kick rocks.

Stop acting like Mayweather weighed 156 instead of 146.

You don't JMM asking for a rematch....

You don't sign a contract w/ anyone concerning committing a crime, so it's an absurd comparison.

Let ME try to use real a RELEVANT world example to help YOU understand.

Have you ever heard of RENEGOTIATING A CONTRACT??
Google plans a merger with a smaller company. All the contracts are signed, but later, the company realized it can't meet the all of terms. They offer to pay a penalty to Google for not meeting the terms, to alter the terms and to continue with the deal. Google agrees and they both sign the RENEGOTIATION. After the new contracts are signed, is either party still held to the previous contract?

There was a penalty negotiate BEFORE THE WEIGH IN. There was no "fine" from the commission for being overweight. If he was overweight he would've been charged a fine by the Commission, he was not. Why is this so difficult for you to understand?

I'm one of those that are saying Mayweather didn't break the contract.
