And I just came back recently and boy do I feel worthless. Everything is just off. Financial difficulties forced me to stay away from the gym for the time being. I know there is no quick solution to get better overnight but Im just wondering if I can help myself mentally. Thanks.
don't get demotivated, remember that your feeling like that today only because you have stopped for 2 years (regardless of circumstances). Do you want to feel like that again in the future??? If u don't want to face this again, work on it and train hard. Keep your spirit strong and stay positive It'll only get better...
