    How can sparring with a HW help?
    Lemieux is good.

    Diaconu has been sparring Micheal Simms who will be fighting Troy Ross on the undercard,think it's decent.

    Solis is too slow, too fat and not enough ''dirty''. The Shark can throw vicious combo, Solis seem more patient, less agressive. But i have seen Diaconu last fight live and was not impress a bit, if Adrian fight like that, Pascal don't even need sparring partner to take this one. Still, the shark can turn into a real killer in a spark.
