i didnt know canelo fought at 140. but seriously is alvarado better than mayfield. i aint saying mayfield wins but what has alvarado has done to be considered better. out boxing a limited rios or getting schooled by a crude presscot before he got gassed. look i considere a fight a 50/50 i slightly edge alvarado but destroy mayfield come o. i personally dont like mayfield

Incidentally, Canelo indeed fought at 140 early on...including against current IBF lightweight champ Miguel Vazquez. :deal Yes, unquestionably. Mayfield is awful. Alvarado is world title caliber. Mayfield is the sort who can look alright crushing tomato cans and turn heads on the club circuit, but he isn't ready for prime time and never will be. He didn't get schooled by Prescott, first of all, he dropped a few rounds using a stupid game plan. Either Prescott or Rios stops Mayfield.
i watched the fight i had presscott winning 7 rounds and really i wouldnt call a game plan but being lucky he gasses, and mayfield schools Prescott personnly this guy lost to kevin ''bloody'' mitchell. and watched herrera fight and both struggled mightily, same guy that got schooled by dallas who consider a level below. but ib u think dallas beats mayfield as well, just my opinion
