He should with his skills and physical attributes but he needs to fight Clottey,Cotto and pssbly Berto to claim welter supremacy and he could very much beat all three of em but again you never know cause one of these three would give him fits.Dont know about Cotto though because Williams and Margo are about the same physically but PW has better boxing skills with equal work rate.The only thing is that PW has major holes in his D at times and Cotto or a Clottey could get to him and maybe cause damage.Good **** though man~
