Perhaps you're the exception, but from experience, the people that I know who hate fighters seem to just hate them because that's how they feel about them. In the case of Mayweather I know that if he does fight Margo, Cotto and Williams and beats them, some people will even hate him more! and if he does lose, they will bash him and label him erroneously. It really is a sad and vicious cycle, but if your not one of them, then good for you! it's really not healthy to hate people for selfish reasons. :good

yeh pac even said floyd contacted him. the fact that he can come out of retirement after being gone for a year and still make the biggest fight possible shows how much even mayweather haters want to see him fight and how much boxing truly needs him IMO

Your argument holds weight. In my case although disappointed, I decided to judge him for what he had done and not just (because it is important) for what he didn't do which was to fight the best challenges available for him.

full credit from me especially if floyd agrees to a catchweight, perhaps 143 pounds seems fair.
