Good post above, agreed. Yes good point - we basically accept it don't we as a right of passage. A promising heavyweight will always get a few of the likes of Kevin Johnson, Dorian Darch, Tom Little etc before stepping up. They even seem to be using the same opponents now - I swear Richard Lartey has fought most of the 'next gen' HWs.
The way they market them makes me laugh - essentially because Dubois had a couple of shaky moments against Lartey they now brand him as a 'dangerous opponent' for the likes of Gorman and Wardley !
Joyce was 2/1 from the start and even shorter come fight night. I remember because I bet Joyce aswell. Stop lying, 8/1 is absurd
All I remember is I won, I've got the transactions in my account from back in November from Paddypower/PayPal. Odds were definitely better than 2/1 when I bet. I'm really, really, really sorry you didn't get the same odds mate. If I could change that for you, I genuinely would.
Yeah, maybe I bet on him winning in the second half of the fight which would explain the better odds mate. But don't let that fool anyone, I'm a massive liar, liar and my bottom is on fire, as has been well established on here.
I could, but where would be the fun in that? Seriously though, Paddypower won't show bet slips over 3 months old, but I've already come to terms with my lying, so all is well.
Not at all, i got 8 to 1 round betting and got the round bang on Maybe thats how the bet was placed I know i coined in as i was at work and people were mocking me for picking Joyce
