    It's been confirmed that Larry Hazzard is out athletic commissioner . I'm sorry to see him go. I think he was one of the best in the sport, and had a genuine concern for fighters safety.

    I know a lot of people complained about Hazzard running into the ring to save fighters, but even if it was an act, at least it looked like he cared about fighter's safety.

    Good riddance. I couldn't STAND his grandstanding, running into the ring to stop fights, when that is the REF'S job.

    He maybe was grandstanding but at least he cared and actually implemented ways of making boxing better.
