    ...isn't the all out nightmare it's made out to be.

    UK welterweight prospect Luke Newman fights at Cage Rage UK this weekend and has done his camp for the fight at American Top Team, along with a few other regulars like Pastou and Omoyele.

    He had nothing but good words to say about Lombard as a training partner, including this:

    Was it seminars with Hector or was he at your camp? Would have been challenging with a machine like Hector.
