He looked good against Ustinov.
I don't know why people are criticizing.

Compare it to other recent HW fights ...
Ustinov was a better opponent than Wilder's last opponent, better than most of Wilder's challengers probably.
Charr looked better against Ustinov than Jarrell Miller looked against Wach.

Charr's been shot or stabbed and had hip replacement surgery and beats Ustinov.
Compare that to David Haye (who pulled out from a Charr fight a few years ago) ... Haye's had a few injuries and can't beat Tony Bellew.
THE RING magazine currently rank Bellew in their top 10 ...LOL
I think Charr's at least worthy of being ranked above Bellew, personally.

 

I will say Ustinov looks at least 50 years old though.

 

The boxing org's are paid off by promoters. Noticed that the fighters who get ranked are the ones with the good promoters, and many times the orgs rank fighters who can't fight so as to provide a promoter's fighter with an easy fight, such as Wilder vs. winos from the alley! Stiverne................what did he do to get ranked? Wilder did nothing to get ranked and nothing to keep the paid for title..................
