    1. The same way pacfans were claiming Floyd should be demoted #2 if he had put on a mediocre performance against Ricky Hatton.

    2. Because 80% of all boxing world think he lost.

P4P lists are subjective and should not go by what the official results say. I thought Marquez won, and Pac's last 3 fights indicate that he is slipping. Joe Cal on the other hand seems to be gaining ground.

I still have to think this over a bit.

I've been reading all day, and outside of the pinoys, JMM winning is the consensus. And not just on ESB. Fairly easy to discern the pinoys from the rest of the crowd.

It's a rough estimate based on the forums I've been floating around in (outside of Pacland of course)

I repeat, outside of the pinoys, JMM winning is the consensus, and rightly so.

This fight just proved that there are only 3 elite fighters in boxing today. Mayweather, Calzaghe and Pacman. Now guys like Cotto and Pavlik are great fighters. They still arent elite.

P4P lists are for guys that deal with fantasy.

Oh... so all of boxing world can be seen in those couple of sites you'd been in?

The Thing is a winner needs to be rewarded and not demoted... now unless joe dominates hopkins then thats another story... Pac has just beaten the no. 3 P4P and he gets demoted instead, wheres the logic in that?

did jmm win convincingly in your view or are you just accepting what the others are saying? haven't you read opinions of non pinoys who had pac winning? there are quite a number of them also.

    Not just boxing forums.

News reports, boxing websites, live crowd, friends, HBO panel, Top Rank panel. Heck even Chino Trinidad thought Marquez won, he was just too chicken**** to relay it to the pinoy TV audience:good

Like I said earlier, p4p lists are subjective. If the person thinks Marquez won then it can't be beyond reason he strikes Pac off #2... it's his own list after all.
