I feel the same way....I heavily lean towards Margie being a cheater.
I haven't seen any reports of a fall out between him and Capetillo for ruining his " Career ".
Everything ( circumstantially ) points to Margie as a sorry ass cheater.
I don't think we will see the rematch anytime soon....matter of principle with Cotto....he and his family are jovial yet serious folks and they don't see Margie as deserving of another payday via Cotto.
Plus Cotto actually believes he can clean Margie's clock anytime.

 

I truly understand what you are saying and other posters are saying the same. It is going back and forth with did he use them in the past and there is no proof. Something has to give and I believe ESB is so popular that pros and big wigs read these threads. I hope something concrete resolves this whether it goes one way or the other. So we could all move forward.

 

Maybe stopping the steel chinned Mosley would give him props to no end I don't know lol. People would've just said Shane was old if AM stopped him anyway imo. AM should have never taken the fght. Imo AM didn't know how to deal with his new found stardom, and the fact that he has a slob promoter who didn't know how to milk is time in the spot light. It all back fired on him.

 

Also, the fact that Cotto beat Mosley, Marg possibly thought he could do the same. It back fired and he ended up getting KO'ed. Arum must of been pissed losing to Oscar again. He has his chance to get even if Pac beats Hatton. That fight I see it 50/50.

 

i think he cheated in the cotto fight to be honest, it was the biggest fight in his entire career. And i don't think he simply lost to the better man that night, i have watched that fight several times and cotto was hurt badly in every way, despite times were he is not being hit clean he was hurt

And isn't it a coincidence it was nazim richardson again, the same guy who discovered the tito incident. To me its because this guy was a careful trainer compared to other trainers.

 

So now it's time to talk about Tito's wraps, Roid Jones' steroids, Mosely's steriod scandal, etc..

 

yeah, they already said they loss their respect to him yet defend to no end:rofl, i mean so we cast stones and make accusations and assumptions that he did cheat before. I don't see any reason why would someone else try to care and defend even if we don't have proof of it. His whole career was already in question with this single incident alone.

I'm one person who thinks that Margo used the plaster for the first time in the Mosley fight. I think his trainer felt that he hadnt taken Mosley seriously and wasnt ready.......so he added some pop!

But we will never know! And if there is a possibility that he did it before, then shame on all those officials that never caught it, because the procedures are there to prevent this type of thing.

 

Just once, I would like to hear people who defend Margarito say its because they share the same Mexican nationality. At least a little bit..come on..you can do it..i believe in you.:good

 

Look marg had a steel chin because of his cheating just let me explain when you fight someone that hits abnormally hard you can't make a mistake so you tend not to over commit on your punches but some get through and sooner or later those punches takes a tol. Some punches did go through on mosely but, when he felt no affect mosely went all out.

 

Again this guy and the same comment over and over and over and over and over again. Its kind of funny how the motto for Margarito fans went from "The most feared boxer on the planet" to " What about Tito, Roy and Mosley". When all else fails and you run out of ways to defend your boy, just resort to trying to divert the attention to other boxers. Should work...maybe they should use that technique at the hearing when he reapplies for a boxing license.

Of course you honestly believe that. Last week before the report came out you honestly believed that it was all a conspiracy because Margarito is Mexican. You'll believe whatever makes Margarito not look as bad. Im pretty sure it was you who also tossed out the theory that it was really Mosley that loaded his gloves and Nazim just did this as a distraction for Mosley. Sound familiar? Its impossible tot ake any belief, theory or idea that you have seriously with a lot of the **** you've said in the past.

You were ready to defend Margo to no end before the evidence came out. Now you're trying to defend the idea that he used it in the past. Here's my official prediction: Now that Roach has agreed to train him, and made his little statement...you and Freddy wak will suddenly change the tune of ban him for life to.."you know what, since there is one person that believes he didnt know in the mainstream (Freddy Roach) , I believe that too". You two will jump right onto that bandwagon and start claiming there is no way he knew.

I'm not saying he definitely did, cause in reality, and its a lucky thing for him and his fans like you, that there is no real proof and there never will be. However, the idea that he only did this one time, and never in the past, is a hard pill to swallow.

I'm sure you are very knowledgable about boxing and are a decent guy outside of the forum. But you definitely need to get your head out of your ass and stop being blinded by nationality.
