Its a toss up. The Pac and Roach team will come up with a game plan and I assure you, it'll be very defensive and smart.

Floyds not the greatest fighter but he is perhaps the most difficult fighter to beat (HE fights not to lose). Pacquiao will take some shots but he will throw be a bit more comfortable taking punches from Floyd while unleashing his own. Floyd will look to jab and counter but Pac definitely is sturdy enough to withstand anything Floyd will throw and he doesnt throw much to begin with. Floyd will be accurate with one shots while pac will apply intelligent pressure.

I can see a clear UD for Floyd if he wins or Pac hurting Floyd. 50/50 at best

At the end of it all though, Pacquiao is downplaying Floyd at this point and rightfully so because he is an elite ATG in boxing circles with or w/o Floyd. For Floyd he needs Pac or his legacy is getting tarnished. Floyd must be feeling slighted when PAc dismisses him and eventually he may be forced to call out PAcquiao and the fight can happen.

I am inclined to agree except that Floyd is on vacation and has no "urge" (guts) at all to fight Pac.:-(

Yeah Floyd has many intangibles like his love for "vacation" and the "urge" to fight some fighter who has a slight chance of beating him!
