    Arum already said he will step aside for the pac-mayweather to happen. The only hold up was drug testing which pac said he is willing to do. Now it's up to your boy to make it happen:deal

    so by agreeing with the drug tests now and refusing them 14 days before, we can all agree that Pacquiao ducked the fight after negotions took place after his COtto win.
