he sure has, but with all my criticism of him, it's really the alphabet soup that is to blame....the WBC should have never made it a title fight, and the WBA has their "super champ" crap now...pretty ridiculous

Cotto not even ranked in the WBC?

    How do these ratings work?

From that list, I'm very cynically predicting Saul Alvarez will fight Sergio Mora for the belt. And it will be fought at 150.

I think you'll find all the major orgs don't rank champions from rival orgs.

Not only that, they fought at a catch weight 150lbs I think it was, so there you have it, he won a belt at a weight he was never ranked, against a guy that couldn't get a license because he is a convicted cheater, only in boxing, the most corrupt sport in the whole world, that is why I don't believe in belts I believe in match ups. To me Pacroid hasn't won $hit after he left the lower weight class, he hasn't face the best available opponents at the catch weights he has campaigned.

WBC fukked their belt legitimacy even more then it already is by sanctioning that farce of a fight that didnt even happen at 154.....no problem with the fight but for a tittle that neither deserved.....they pretty much spit in the other fighters faces who have been banging at that weight class......but money talks.

That's one crappy ranking right there.

Saul is a good fighter, but he's done nothing to deserve a number 1 spot on ANY ranking.
