So Pac/Malignaggi? What's next for Khan?

Paulie is a great fight. Big name and a guy of world class ability in Khans division plus he has no punch.

 

I think he will have a couple of fights against opponents like Campbell, Judah or Maidana and as long as he comes through these kind of fights then set up a fight with Bradley at the end of the year. By that time it could be a massive fight.

 

Nate Campbell, Kendall Holt, Alexander/Maidana doesn't seem to be finalized, Victor Ortiz, Ricardo Torres...

He isn't short of options. Personally I'd have Campbell top of the list because he is still a big name, presents a new challenge to Khan, and looked lost against the speed of Bradley which would encourage Khan.

 

Pac/Malignaggi is a ****, ****, **** fight. I hope it doesn't happen.

As for Khan, there's been rumours that Maidana's people will make the WBA enforce a fight with Khan. Wouldn't mind seeing that at all.

 

This fight is disgusting. It's a complete waste of time. It's shocking to say the least. Malignaggi is a **** fighter. He poses an interesting style and has some depth in his record but he'll never be the best of the best. He'll always be found wanting when he fights the Hattons, Cottos, Floyds and Pacs of this world.

Malignaggi is two faced. One second he hates on Pacs roid abuse , the next he says the commissions drug testing is just fine.

 

Malignaggi is a ridiculous fight. Fighting a guy that lost to your last 2 opponents with ease just highlights how much of a farce that would be. I'd truely prefer it if Pac concentrated on his political aspirations rather than that joke fight. He could bide his time and wait for Mosley/Berto if the Mayweather fight doesn't happen.

 

+1 Considering Pac's options, Malignaggi is by far the worst fight out there. As TFFP has said, if he is going for another fight then why not wait one month for a much more lucrative, interesting and meaningful fight against SSM?

On the subject of Khan, I'd like to see him fight Maidana next as I believe he is more than capable of winning and the fight would also answer the question marks about his chin at 140. With Alexander and Urango both interested in a unification fight in March, I'd love Khan to get the winner of that potential bout as well. Bradley is too soon right now, IMHO:good.

 

Cotto was on hunger strike, and the Hatton fight was all but over in the 2nd round.....

Either fight Marquez again or, as you say, wait for the Berto vs Mosley winner if the Floyd fight is off.

Khan is still learning so decent guys like Paulie should be used and then by 2011 he can make his move to greateness.

 

I'd rather see Pac fight Shane Mosley instead of Malignaggi
