    I was watching Paulie Malignaggi fight this past weekend, he won and then the announcers declared him as the new Brooklyn belt champion and I was like, Brooklyn belt? Brooklyn belt?

    Was this a joke? What's the story on this Brooklyn belt? It sounds made up
