So people are outraged at Khan vs Canelo

If he Salka's Khan he is going to lose alot of fans...The mexicans will boo him out of the stadium. No pride in that.

Canelo actually has NOTHING to gain...apart from being able to evade GGG and 160 for another 6 months.

People say Khan is an idiot for taking this fight but really it's Canelo who is the idiot...Oscar has overlooked the blowback when/if Khan gets brutally KO'd.

Canelo should have announced his move to 160 and had a introductory fight against a solid competitor at the weight...If he needs another fight to get ready for GGG after that so be it...but to mess around at a non-existant weight class?....

 

I don't see any problems from a boxing stand point. Fack, fmj (who's much smaller than khan) fought a canelo that was in peak condition and saying how strong he felt and believing it until round 4..

I see no reason to hate on this fight. Only reason I dislike it is because I'm a big fan of both and ones career is taking a big hit after it. I see that being khan

No one cried when Floyd stepped to him after claiming that Floyd was scared of a "young, strong, fighter". After the fight was over Canelo was suddenly a baby that Mayweather beat up on.

I Khan wants to be Money that bad let him try his luck with the same fighters.

This is how ridiculous things have gotten:

People are upset that Canelo who has never fought above 155 is fighting an elite 147 fighter in Amir Khan who beat Marcos Maidana who arguably beat the #1 P4P champion in Mayweather in the first fight who had already beat Saul Alvarez.

As far as the WBC lineal title... That is a joke and I don't even factor that into this fight considering how the belt has been handled the last couple of years. Its a disgraced title and I can care less about it as it doesn't change anything for me because I stop giving these title that much importance.

This is just a business/money fight. I'm fine with it because I already know that GGG is the true MW champion and a silly alphabet Belt doesn't change anyting for me since I cannot take these sanctining organizations serious.

If GGG only wants the belt then he will get it when Canelo vacates, gets stripped, or decides to start really fighting at MW. Is it right? No. Do I like it? I rather watch GGG vs Canelo but I can't knock on Canelo because he has fought top level opposition more so than any current TOP boxer.

This is a good fight where we might likely get to see an awesome KO of Khan, yet the possibility of Khan outboxing Canelo is not completely and totally unforseeable.

I say good money fight... Better than fighting a bunch of scrubs imo.

ive even heard ggg fanboys defend him by saying "everyone knows hes the real mw champ"...yup...i agree...so whats he need that belt for then? he doesnt......

he should be trying to get a canelo fight if it means 155 or not....belt on the line or not....that wbc 160lb belt aint gonna take him anywhere he hasnt already been.....

 

Exactly, is GGG and his fans that obssessed over a belt, or is it the Canelo fight they really want?

If its the belt they want they will just have to wait a little longer for a shot at it... deal with it.

If its Canelo they want, 155 was the place to find him, Amir toofk the challenge GGG thought he was bigger than Canelo and looked the other way.

 

Id be completely shocked if Khan makes it 12
