Complete with some long winded nonsensical analogy that causes everyone to go "Wha?"

Depends, since the mandatory fight date with Povetkin and Wladimir isn't far off, Wladimir can just take some time off for training for the fight with Povetkin.

Let him take more tune up so he can be more prepared for Wlad and haters would not say he beat an unproven fighter with only 17 fights, still Wlad ko a 17-0 Povetking and a 20+ - 0 Povetkin.

WHATEVER. you know what I mean. Wlad is due for the IBF mand. If the IBF pushes it off then wlad can choose, if not he has to fight the mand. Its not ***** to the ibf.. ITS CALLED IBF CHAMPION:deal

I think Atlas may be a great fit for Povetkin and vice versa. Povetkin seems like a no bull**** kind of fighter who probably has a good work ethic. His demeanor seems soft spoken and coachable, plus has a high ring IQ from his accomplished amateur background. Will be interesting.

Nice catch, I certainly respect Bigcat's opinion. Teddy does seem like he'd micromanage, possibly. Still, you gotta admit Grant seemed fairly mentally frail anyway.

Anyone who remembers all the bad mouthing Atlas gave to Grant after his fighter Grant lost. I remember when Atlas picked his other fighter Kirk Johnson to knock Vitali out with one punch in MSG, NY, USA. Vitali knocked Johnson out in second round! LOL! Live on HBO, Madision Square Garden, New York, USA, sold out crowd during a huge snowstorm!!!!!!! I felt sorry for Grant. I would never have one of my fighters train under Atlas, nobody should be that stupid. Atlas is psychin in reverse and a "Lengend in his own mind."

It so appears that Vlad might fight Arreola if Povetkin does not fight him. This is getting absurd. However, I would rather see Vlad knock Chambers out first.

Call me crazy I do think Chambers has a good shot at beating Wlad. Chambers is ready to fight Wlad right now, Chambers has adressed the size disavantage he has against most heavyweights and it's not a concern to him. If it was, he wouldn't be fighting in the heavyweight division. Chambers certainly has a better shot at beating Wlad than Povetkin or anyone else does right now. I would say Arreola has a good shot at beating Wlad, but he doesn't have the skills to do it, nor is he in shape, he would just be a punching bag.

Chambers is just a volume fighter, nothing else, using the peek-a-boo defense. Dimitrenko could do nothing against Klitschkos in gym years ago, is not in their class. Julius Long is 7 feet tall, yet he gets knocked out. Height is not the only thing, it's Vlad's height and skills that make the difference, plus he has power, something Dimitrenko does not have. Vlad is quicker, and was gold medalist. Dimitrenko had to learn on the job and never did get any better from day one. I saw him fight in Vegas against a nobody, he got knocked down, but got back up and barely won decision. He was spatty, but nothing else. I would think that he could have gotten better over the years. Vlad will stop Chambers. Vlad will stop Arreola, in fact, Arreola refused to fight Vlad recently.

I remember some of your posts, where you said that Dimitrenko has improved a lot and you were praising him as the next big thing after Klitschkos. Now that he has been owned by an US-heavy his **** and never was anything special ?

    You´re full of Bias.

Dimitrenko was called by Klaus Peter Kohl the next Klitschko for years. However, when he sparred with Klitschkos years ago it did not show much. When I saw him fight in Vegas he got knocked down, but did get back up and showed heart, however, he did not improve. Boytsov would knock him out now. There is a difference between Dimitrenko and Klitschkos, a huge difference. I never said that Dimitrenko would beat Klitschkos, nor Povetkin, nor Boytsov, nor Chagaev, nor Valouev, nor even Ustinov. Hell, I would pick Tyson Fury to beat him. However, he should have beaten Chambers, who is nothing but a volume puncher. Povetkin beat Chambers. I guess you do not remember that. Byrd was a much better fighter than Chambers and look what Vlad did to him. Klitschkos know how to beat Chambers. Julius Long is taller than Klitschkos, but he can't fight. Klitschkos have height with skills, power, and speed. Oh, Vlad can't fight, that's why he won the gold medal, superheavyweight division.
