It will be either Arreola or Chambers as far as I can tell. Povetkin has already beaten Chambers so Arreola would be more impressive, but Vlad should go ahead and get rid of one mandatory. Vlad is not Dimitrenko, not by a long shot.

Povetkin beat Chambers, yes, but Eddie gave it away. The version of Eddie that beat Shittytrenko would ´ve beaten Povetkin too imo, as he was much more focussed and way better in shape.
