I don't know what the reason is they don't fight again, but I see no reason to think the outcome would be any different than the first. Donaire didn't exactly catch him with one lucky punch, he won every round and was easily outboxing Vic. Vic again proved he can't handle a boxer against Agbeko, and Nito hits much harder than Agbeko, as Vic knows.

 

Shaw wouldn't let vic fight donaire in the first place.
