So... Roy and BHop got my $50. Who else paid for it and how do you feel today?

Agreed. $50 to be entertained on a Saturday night? I think that it was worth it. I could have gone to a movie ($35), to a club ($100), or just to a bar ($50).

I was entertained, and I didn't pay a dime. I went to somebody's house and the undercard was great. Main event wasn't anything to be excited about, but hey you should know what you are watching. It pretty much went as expected, I did expect a KD and probably a KO, and didn't expect B-Hop to act like that, but other than that it went as expected for me. Also, on a sidenote, ESPN made out to be some kind of war they showed the 6th round and the anchor said something along the lines of "these guys were going at it in a war" so it could have opened the ears of casual fans.

That fight confirmed your belief? So in determining your opinion of these two guys you take this fight into account more than, say, when they fought in their primes? That's an interesting strategy.

Not a thing. The general consensus is that McDonalds is an entry level job and as such, that they do not pay very well. For a young cat just starting out, I imagine that maybe $50 would be a lot. For me, $50 is not a huge deal.

I live in South Orange County, California. Movie tickets are $12 each ($24 for 2) and then drinks are about $5 each so I figured about $35. :huh

Oh, cool then. I just felt that the way you said it, you were degrading the guy. Maybe $50 is a big deal for him. And frankly, if I had paid that kind of money to watch that joke of a fight, I'd want to kick myself in the nuts.

Why would you pay for it? So many ways not to.
