But JParker tried to take the fight to Joshua and the referee jumped in and stopped the action.
    That's the truth.
Re-watch the fight if you doubt it.

Like I said before - Parker boxed both Ruiz and Joshua the same. I'm a Parker fan, I watch all his fights live.

Parker is the only one to have fought both fighters. Parker has said he has a good relationship with all his opponents outside of the ring. He has no reason to lie.

Parker also said Dillian Whyte hit him much harder than AJ with ALL his punches.. not just that left hook.

@unitas rewatch the Ruiz/Joshua fight for the first two rounds and a half and see if you think Joshua was fighting Ruiz on the back foot like Parker had. You don't back track from fighters with no power in their punches. Rewatch it and see what you think.

Good grief this is stupid. The exact same people who said Joshua would knock out Ruiz when ever he wanted too now are acting like they knew Ruiz would win all the time. Also the same people who said Ruiz wasn't skilled and that is why Joshua picked him are acting like Ruiz is extremely skilled now. Ruiz isn't fast. He just throws slapping arm punches. Mike Tyson had fast hands for heavyweight standards. So Andy Ruiz's pretend speed wasn't the reason Joshua lost. Joshua lost because he is slow, has no footwork, has no technique, has no chin, has no heart.

Wladimir Klitschko should of finished him. Wlad's own chin is so fragile that he was afraid to jump in and finish it. AJ was gassed out and hurt from rounds 6 to 10 and Wllad was too afraid to do anything. Dillian Why isn't really skilled at all. He landed one good punch on Joshua and couldn't follow it up. Alexander Povetkin landed a few good punches but was too old to follow it up. AJ is similar to Wlad in this regard. He can't handle pressure. As long as he can stand on the outside and lands what he wants he looks okay. The moment anybody just on him and puts pressure he looks horrible. Sadly the heavyweight division is so bad it took this many years to expose AJ. Wlad was exposed earlier as a glass chin fraud. Because even tomato cans back then were better than the champions are now.

Ruiz always hit hard, he may have to work a bit more to get one at times that he's closer to 6'0 then his listed 6'2 and is heavy footed but if he connects solid he will hurt you.

He had enough power to worry AJ and against Parker Joshua ate a left hook after a head butt and didn't flinch.

I get it,some fighters have off nights but anyone saying Ruiz doesn't hit hard im sure wouldn't want to be one of those pads he's hitting.

It's not that Ruiz was hurting him badly with every punch. He hurt him badly with the right hook in round 3. He was out on his feet after that for the whole fight.

Re watch the last round, Ruiz never hit Joshua with anything really solid, yet had AJ flopping around like a fish on the dock. Same for round 3, one left hook to the ear and he's on ***** street for the rest of the fight? Funny, no one said anything about Ruiz being a power puncher before this fight, my prediction is he'll hold onto these titles about as long as he'd keep a hot bucket of fried chicken.

Ruiz isn't as hard hitting as AJ. But he's solid puncher.

He didn't KO Zumbano, but Ruiz had him badly wobbled in round 1, and then Zumbano went into survival mode.

Kevin Johnson is very hard to KO since he's always fighting to survive.

Ruiz looks much better as a puncher when opponent actually comes to fight. If opponent just survives, Ruiz goes into sparring mode, beats him but usually doesn't do enough to stop and usually looks a bit lazy.

I'd give Ruiz 7 of 10 in punching power.

Pretty sure I saw somewhere that Parker said Ruizs jab is like a power punch, that hes hit him the hardest hes ever been hit and that it took days for his face to recover after a sparring session with Ruiz.

Ruizs power is underrated. Much like Ruiz himself.

No, Andy Ruiz isn't "a puncher." I'd be surprised if Andy Ruiz ever dropped anyone four times in a fight in his life before Saturday.

But he certainly had/has Joshua's number.

AJ said he recovered from the 3rd round shot during the 5th round.

Joseph Parker: “I remember when I sparred him in 2013, he had a lot of power. I was saying to someone else, he was the only one who punched me, the hardest I’ve ever been punched before and ripped my mouth. I couldn’t eat for about three days so I know he’s got a lot of power
