So Ryan Garcia is back? Mental Health issues are Cured?

I thought as a mentally ill person such as yourself wouldn't go on an internet forum and suggest that mental illness is made up excuse making BS cause no way boxers or celebrities could ever suffer from it, if exists.

But it does mate, and while you can't 'take care of' mental illness in a few weeks (sorry buddy), you can make some progress in dealing with it, which you should also start.

 

It's called the anxiety of being caught by anti-doping authorities.

 

Maybe you can start a thread about his hyped career coming to an end so we can bump it ten years from now and call you an idiot once again.

The OP is right to start this thread.
There are plenty of professional fighters with plenty of issues & tough fights who aren’t protected by the WBC.

It is quite suspect that García was able to shoulder roll his way out of fighting both Haney & Fortuna.
Simply by claiming
the “mental health” issue buzz word.
(At the very least he should lose that joke of a trinket green belt)

Once again the stupid “undefeated” stigma is ruining this great sport.

I care about the fights as a fight fan.
Could careless about the amount Of L’s in the loss column... who cares as long as they are all fighting each other. (See the UFC)

every other sport a Star player of a Team can lose the week before & be crowned the MVP of the league the following week.

Severe depression and anxiety do not go away in a few weeks. It takes months until the antidepressants take effect (if it really works - it is not easy to find the one that is right for you) and after that CBT therapy is needed. I would sympathize with Garcia if he was indeed suffering from clinical depression, but I have my doubts.

 

Mental Depression my a$$. Today's world is full of soft pansies.

 

There is nothing worse than problems of the mind. It’s not something to be mocked.
