    This is lawsuit is still on going. June this yr Colon family had a win when the DC Federal Court ruled the suit could not be transferred.
    The more you learn about Dr Richard Ashby suit details it makes you realize
    human greed and corruption has no barriers.
    Suit details " Dr Ashby may have been motivated for the fight to continue
    claiming that he had promotional interests in the fight. ''.
    It also reads John Stiller lead physician and neurologist from the Maryland
    Athletic Commission reported to ESPN that Ashby dec was not medically
    sound ".

    Too much (betting) money to be made. Boxing will always be controlled by scum, criminals and low-life promotors.

    This is why I have utter comtempt for people like Oscar, his Vegas judges as well as those in the pockets of others.

    Thank you for saying this , it sickens me every time when people call a professional boxer a coward. They put it all on the line for our entertainment respect them.

    I don't think Its wise to believe in a karmic type outcome, the ones guilty of this tragedy are those are those who had invested interest followed by those officiating and especially the doctor selling out the Hippocratic oath, if you'd like to make a difference forego the watching the card and let PBC know why, enough numbers will remove Williams from any point of significance, but that wont happen boxing fans are by nature what they are, sadly its a it
    is what it is kind of thing

    Maybe somebody at PBC has a conscience . I checked PBC boxing roster today and Justin Deloach is still listed by Terrel Williams profile been deleted.

    Continuous hits tot he back of the head and the ref lets it go and treats them as if they were legit scoring shots.
    The doctor should have lost his license here as well, Colon for awhile in the fight was holding the back of his head showing he's hurting and the doctor in examining Colon still lets it go on.

    The doctor witnessed those shots behind the head being administered, he should have known better and stopped the fight when he checked up on Colon.

    Update on the lawsuit against co promoters of the card Headbangers Boxing and Di Bella
    Entertainment. The court dismissed the case as it ruled the co promoter's cannot be
    held responsible for breach of duty. The lawsuit against Richard Ashby continues.

    I blame his corner. He was getting battered and they including Colon were desperately trying to figure out a way to win the fight and keep that undefeated momentum going. Colon wasn't feeling well he should have quit on the stool. His trainers did not protect him . They should have thrown in the towel. He was getting destroyed in there and it was clear.
