Williams was top a top ranked fighter too.

Martinez spent as much of his time as 147/154 as Williams did.

But you'll find a reason to discredit all of Martinez wins anyway

They are all about equal, no contender in each division stands out above the rest.

Pac fights at a catcheweight of 145 vs Cotto. Pac was draining Cotto and is the catchweight king. Those 2 lbs could of made the diffrence in the
Pac/Cotto fight.
