    Manny Pacquiao

    Sergio Martinez

    Paul Williams

I just wanted to make sure that there is DOCUMENTATION...So when Floyd Out-Classes each and everyone one of these fighters, we can all refer to this thread. Now Lets see who has the courage to post, claiming that one or all 3 of these fighters are indeed the "Chosen one" the Defeat Floyd "Money" Mayweather.

In fact "The Haters" already have excuses lined-up. Manny's too small, Martinez is too old, and if the Williams fight happens any where less then 160lbs..."He'll be weight-drained".:patsch

dude, don't try to hold the haters to anything they will come up with excuses like Martinez was shot and weight drained(they said it about Chico). Pacquiao will become a bloated lightweight, and Paul Williams will become a weight drained bum.

A win against each of those would be a stunning way to close a career. He's more than capable.

I don't like Floyd. My take is:

Floyd vs Pacman is a pretty even fight. I'd give a little edge to Floyd.

I think Floyd would beat Martinez.

I think Williams would beat Floyd. It is my understanding that Williams can comfortably make 147. If Floyd takes this fight at 147, that would be much credit to him. If he takes it at 154, even more so. That said, Floyd won't fight Williams.

I can see Floyd retiring right after beating pacquiao due to all the props he'll be getting. Not because he's scared of the other two.

Has anyone else noticed all his potential opponents from here on are southpaws? All people who are perfect for straight right hands. $'s best punch.

I can't see Floyd fighting any of those guys, really. Maybe, MAYBE Paul Williams, but even that's a stretch.

Most people favor Mayweather in each one of these matchups. At least on the recent polls I've seen on ESB. Nonetheless, wins over them would make him the unanimous choice for top fighter of this era, which is a position I currently have Pacquiao at.

I see Floyd going 1-2 against those three.

No shame in the losses to Martinez or Williams well above his peak weight, though.

I dont think anyone unanimously agreed anything of the sort.

Id back Floyd vs all 3 of these guys, all complicated fights in their own way but Id think FMJs superior skillset + the fact that he`s always in prime condition & doesnt overlook opponents should see hm thru vs all 3 men... Williams could be the hardest stylewise if he brings his A game which he better because Floyd always does (for the past 3 fights anyway.)

I was skeptical, but Williams' flaws have been shown with regards to Quintana & Martinez and Floyd might see now that he's beatable, no doubt.

floyd would certainly have to be considered goat status if he won all 3 of those....he doesnt even really need to do that in order to achieve that status

interesting if he were to fight pac first...and win....would he call it a career? is he financially where hed like to be? i think thats really the biggest question....because a win over pac would be the perfect icing on the cake and no other reason to continue fighting

MY MAN...Floyd has no need to fight PW..what does he bring to the table these days?

Sergio brings the mw title ..though floyd dont fight for belts its a way to set up a good fight for fight fans..makes for a good story...THIS IS BY FAR THE TOUGHEST FIGHT OUT THERE FOR FLOYD..MUCH HARDER THAN MANNY PAC BOTH STYLISTICALLY AND PHYSICALLY

of course pac is a good fight..he is the official #1 in the world...
