Yes but he looks too comfortable nowadays and has his heart set on Vegas. He seems really contented, Also I agree with you on Carl ruining another UK prospect, I'd rather they fight someone else and win than lose, if that makes sense. I would like to see Degale up against another world titlist than Froch.

 

There no glory in a degale fight for froch , I'd like to see the Chavez fight in truth and then maybe gololvkin , degale hasn't really done anything , ya can't say he's ducking degale either, froch is pretty much done too

 

I hope he vacates it, he doesnt need to fight another mandatory and shouldnt be forced to either. Not really fussed about the Chavez fight either to be honest.

No-one else in the division I'd like to see him fight. Whilst I have enjoyed watching Froch I think its time to retire. Fight in Vegas may be the one thing missing but needs a credible opponent not one that's in another division.

 

it's the 1st time he hasn't fought every 6 months in years, yet he's still training and in shape. whomever he faces, if he fights again, he'll be thoroughly prepared.

There is ready physically but being mentally ready is another thing. The thing about Froch is he's a passionate guy but whenever I hear from him recently, he sems quite contented and is not fussed if he fights again, unless it's in Vegas. I'm not convinced that the man would be up to fighting Degale now as he's said so on a few occasions....

 

he clearly won't fight degale, like you state, it's vegas or he turns it in.
