    For a 9:00 PM Sat, fight... THIRTY SIX HOURS BEFORE THE OPENING BELL. I have to ask; what's the point of weight classes? They need to weigh-in 12 hours before the fight.

    It's not like those guys are likely to pull a Quillin/Chavez Jr, so no big deal

    I mostly agree but during the lead up I've been thinking lemieux has looked abit chunky, maybe trying to beef up to absorb some shot, but then I watched some of his older fights to see what hes honestly like as a fighter and I think he just has the body frame that looks chunky anyways lol

    9am? Didn't they just weigh in? It's after 1pm on the east coast.

    You guys even have to criticize the weigh in! Amazing.

    They had to do that for Lemieux to make weight and not be completely weight drained.

    There is no uniform regulation on how many hours before the fight the weigh in can take place??

    Does Quillin really have the weight problems Chavez does? He just doesn't make weight because Uncle Al says he doesn't have to if he doesn't want to.

    By pulling a Quillin, I mean Blowing up 20+lbs at fight night to what he weighed in at.

    It's boxing, beyond rounds being 3 minutes long there's no uniforum rules about anything.

    Fight is happening on the East Coast. Main events happen around midnight on the West Coast. This is to accommodate the West Coast viewers so that they're not watching the fight at 3:00 AM.

    The GGG fight will be on around 11pm-12am EST, right? I have to work until 10pm that night and am hoping I can at least catch GGG/Lemieux.
