I'm not sure he would have beaten Bowe. I'd favour Bowe heavily in 1993 against pre-Steward Lewis. It would be close to 50/50 fight in 1995, and in 1996 Lewis would beat him badly and win by stoppage

    Nah. Lewis is massively overrated.

Yes, he beat him in the Olympic final and then Bowen refused to face him as a professional.

I mean Bowe clearly wasn't that confident as he preferred to throw the belt in the trash

Lol, Lennox pushed his **** in at the Olympics and then Bowe wouldn’t fight him as a pro. Bowe didn’t have the confidence to step in with Lennox, that’s why he would have lost. Lack of composure and balls made of porridge

Yep, Lewis would of won pretty easily in my opinion. Riddick didn't have the bollocks to fight him. Period.

Lewis was much better and had a much better career. Lewis' only flaw is that he could blow hot and cold. Bowe might beat him on an off night. But best for best Bowe gets cleaned up.

Dude, Andrew Golota was beating Bowe twice. Lennox's two losses have one thing in common - lapses in concentration because he was fighting an inferior opponent. Bowe wouldn't benefit from that. He would sit down just like Tyson.

Lewis got caught. Bowe was bashed from pillar to post by Golota. That guy beats Lewis? The Lewis that smoked Golota in 1?

    It's a good fight though

    Yes.

    1. Lennox would not have been caught by Bowe by such a wild swinging shot. Mccall landed a 1-2 with and inside of Lewis' 1-2. Bowe didn't fight like that. 2nd, Lewis lost to Mccall in 94, at that point Bowe was already on a decline. Leiwis was wilder pre-Steward but he still had the long jab, the crazy right hand and was strong in the clinch.

Yeah he would've beaten Bowe. There's a number of Bowe's earlier fights that you can use to point to why he would've lost to Lennox.
