I wasn't speaking of any fighter specific, because every person Fury's fought who was smaller DID land on him. That's the point, that his height prevents smaller guys from landing.

 

I know Fury hasn't fought smaller opponents recently, but the more recent ones, Fury schooled them and they landed hardly anything, Seferi but that don't count, Hammer, Chisora, Schwarz even though he wasn't small, he's considerably smaller than Fury

 

Seeing the GOAT British heavyweight get floored multiple times by a rather middling American and needing a second try to get a win over them is rather damning. That would never happen to Fury.

I think Fury wins it late fight with his late fight STAMINA. Lennox slows and his feet slow. Fury is a freak and can keep going all night long.

 

Fury has been floored like 5 times in his career & every single time he has got up without a single wobble and goes TO WAR.

The FIRE in Fury's belly is the most fierce I've EVER SEEN. His heart is massive. His balls are huge. His toughness is immeasurable.

Meanwhile when AJ gets knocked down he has a goofy smile on his face & Wilder looks like he is about to cry.

Fury's boxing skills make it competitive in the early rounds but then gets wiped out. Lennox Lewis would do a breakdown job on Fury and would send him into the shadow realm by round 8 with the same uppercut he used on Michael Grant and Vitali Klitschko.

 

Rahman and McCall both would have had good shots at beating Fury imo so yes Lewis should be the clear favorite considering both his losses to Rahman and McCall were one punch knockouts something Fury is incapable of achieving

 

The only reason Lennox lost those is because he got arrogant and started playing around. He destroyed both in the rematch. Lennox is one of the ATGs and has a huge chance to beat all of today's HWs in his prime

 

Not sure why you'd try to diminish Lennox

A prime Lewis Vs Prime Fury is a hell of a fight. After Fury blows through AJ we'll be wishing for a Lennox.

Instead we'll be forced to watch rinse and repeat rematches and see Dillian Whyte finally get his face jabbed off by Fury in 2023

 

Vitali he defeated via cut and with another ref Wallin had won fight vs Fury.

From another point: real prime Lewis had more chances than A.J to beat up Fury in distance.

 

Lennox slows heavily after mid-fight, almost static. Fury outpoints him in these stages. the late fight is where Fury overruns Lennox, not the other way around.

The naturally bigger Fury becomes very hard to handle late fight for anyone in history.

 

Lennox Lewis vs Tyson Fury would be another Lewis vs Akinwande. With Fury clinching for dear life every time Lewis attacks him.
