I'm a Wlad fan and I don't think he was poisoned.

He looked like he was a bit sick on that night, but I doubt there was any foul play.

If you watch the fight you'll see that Wlad punched himself out. He knocked Brewster down in the 4th and was trying too hard for the KO.

Extremely high punch output on a night you don't feel the best = Brewster just had to tap him lightly and he fell over.

tough one, got to say somone in KING camp, the betting was huge in brewster favor, an i think brewster first four rounds is what everybody expected, it wasn't till the drugs were too much for wlad system to fight back, that he was beat. I not saying it is true, but there was alot of funny buisness, an i remember in shock when wlad was just spent in round 5, i doubt brewster makes it threw that round if wlad comes out strong.

I think it could of been the United Nations, i would explain why, but i could be banned

I think the fact that you are bringing up something that happened 7-years ago is very telling....

You know, I don't know if Wlad was poisoned or not. WHATEVER the case may be, something wasn't right. Perhaps his body had a "fluke" medical scenario.
It can happen, just talk with an ER nurse or doc.

Clearly something was medically wrong with Wladimir that night..exactly what will probably never be known. But it was SEVEN FREAKING YEARS AGO! AND HE'S DOMINATED THE DIVISION SINCE. IT'S A COMPLETE NON ISSUE.

Lol. This reminds of that absolutely classic thread claiming Ruiz was poisoned in the Tua fight.

Emmanuel Steward poisoned Wlad with his advice......

......Emmanuel was on Wlad to let loose and go for the KO to early against a big puncher like Brewster.

The last place a fighter that does'nt have solid whiskers should be is gassed against a big puncher.

Thank you, BD!! That version of Wlad would get knocked out by Wlad 2.0 any day of the week!! The footwork and balance are night and day.

I dont think so........that versio of Wlad who lost to Brewster, would have laid down the thunder on the current timid Wlad.......

This current Wlad would not have taken the bomardment that would have come early from the previous Wlad.

Styles make fights my friend. I dont think the current Wlad would do too well against an aggresive, strong and powerful puncher his own size.:D

Brewster Wlad KO 2 current Wlad!
