I reckon it was the same guy who poisoned Hatton in the Pacquiao fight.

He was also the same disloyal friend that George Foreman said distracted him in the audience in Zaire by rooting for Muhammad Ali.

That's insane...the Wlad who lost to Brewster wouldn't be able to catch-up to this version of Wlad...The Wlad who lost to Brewster didn't know how to tie anyone up either. Styles make fights my friend...a fleet footed fighter always beats a flat-footed one...every day of the week.

Just look at both Brewster fights, for example...the second one wasn't even close...I guarantee that this version of Wlad starches Corrie Sanders and Ross Purrity.

None of the guys you mentioned have Wlad's height or reach advantage.......

The Wlad that Brewster fought would have the same physical characteristics of the current Wlad.

......an offensive minded aggressive Wlad like the one that went after Brewster, would rough up the current Wlad who'd want to back up or tie up.

Current Wlad would at some point in the first couple of rounds get hit on the button by the offensive fighting Wlad and that would be all she wrote.

The current Wlad would not be able to survive an onslaught like what Brewster survived.

You forget that the current Wlad who is timid early in his offense and just sticks out a safety concious jab in the first half of fights, does so against Heavyweights at a severe reach disadvantage.
That safety concious jab would be countered by a hard straight right over the top.

:lol:What I'm getting at is that Wlad offensively at his aggressive best, KO's this current version who's afraid to get into anything resembling an exchange.

Look at that first Wlad-Brewster fight, offensively in those first few rounds, Wlad never looked better.
Current Wlad does not survive that, he gets KTFO!

That musta been some new hi spec poison. It was that good they made it take affect right at the time Brewster landed a huge hook on Wlad's GLASS JAW. :yep

Nope. I've seen a video which proofs that Ricky has very high tolerance for poisons.

You don't get it, do you? The old Wlad wouldn't be able to catch up to the modern day version of Wlad...Wlad would be able to move in and out at will...he would use the ring effectively...The Brewster version of Wlad couldn't even cut off the ring against TOS Wiliamson, and he's going to catch this version of Wlad with something big?

Wlad's footwork was awful...he wasn't that good...that's why he lost those fights, dude. How many fights have even been competitive over the last 6 or 7 years? How many rounds has he lost?

Wlad pre-Brewster was a destroyer. There was'nt anything awful about his footwork.

The TOS fight was the fight after he got KTFO by Brewster, so Wlad's confidence was lacking vs TOS.......

The current Wlad imo will have trouble against an aggressive Heavyweight his size.....the problem is that there are'nt any Heavyweights out there his size.
The only Heavyweight out there Wlad's size is his own brother Vitali who btw I'd pick to KO Wlad inside of 6 rounds.

That cautious style that Wlad currently employs gauging cautiously with the jab to keep an opponent at arms lenghth works best against fighters you have a significant reach against......against a fighter that has your same size and reach, those jabs would be countered by hard right hands, which is why I'm confident that an aggressive big Heavyweight beats the current Wlad.

Pre-Brewster Wlad was an offensive machine, he's force the current Wlad to have to dig in and fight.

Take the Mcline fight, just before brewster, he chased down an beat mcline ass using great foot work, better then i see him doing today, cause it was with an offensive charge, even the brewter fight he had good footwork, i mean wlad really only got hit with one good punch till the 5th, an in the 5th his guard was down, an his energy was gone......But the wlad today would of layed back used his jab an countered with his hook, he changes his style more as the fight progresses, he thinks more, not just using his god given skills an reflexes, he ajusts. i think if the 2004 version dropped him, he would move an get his legs back, tie up, an ensure his jab was in control before he went for the offensive punches.......i don't think either is better when there ready to fight, sanders got looked passed, if wlad saw him more then a easy payday, that would not of been a lose IMO, but todays wlad could get away with being dropped an still get off the canvas an win,,,,,2004, harder to get off the canvas, he just never really trained for that, never tied up, look at the sanders fight he went straight at sanders after being dropped,

    2004 vs 2011 = 50/50
