Vanes may not have been fighting the eltie, but he has fought better than lara by far.


Brewer could well beat Lara. And then what? he is overhyped too?

Its an unfortunate thing now in the sport in which every loss a prospect suffers means he is "overrated, exposed, a fraud, protected" etc etc etc

Vanes will come back stronger after his fight with Ouma. To say he is exposed because he struggled against a former champion is completely inane.

 

10-1 dog who nobody was giving a chance should have got the nod imo, as a fighter your always fighting for your career. Quit trying to make excuses for this hype job.

Of course you can have 50 wins and still be a prospect, we call that Chavez Jr. Vanes is going in the same footsteps.

Beibut Shumenov was fighting top 20 guys before his 10th pro fight, he also fought for a title before his 10th pro fight. This was all before having 2 years pro experience, I guess we'll make this guy an honorary Cuban amateur to help your excuses for Vanes the hype job.

 

You must have **** for brains to try and discredit Lara's opposition while sucking off that hype job Vanes, at least Lara is fighting a guy coming off a nice streak and winning the contender. Vanes is going to fight bums for 2 more years and if they put him in with a top guy he's getting smashed to peaces.

He's always been a hype job, it must have been tough this past Saturday seeing him manhandles and dropped by a 10-1 underdog.
