Whit undisputed is really complicate thing.

For example there are 4 more well known pro boxing orgs.
Unification fight like Beterbiev and Gvozdyk we never had saw if they didn't had wished to take very high risk.
Because one was under IBF, another under WBC ranking, no one boxing org could force them to do this fight.
Not alone to talk about 3 or God Help us 4 more well known orgs titles. Gvozdyk vs Beterbiev had only 2 these belts on line.

Bellew vacated his belt cos he didn't fought vs his manadatory in prime Briedis. Later he wished to get all belts Usyk did had: 4 major world titles and The Ring belt Usyk had and had risked. Then was clear that his choice to vacate belt not to fight vs prime Briedis version was correct career choice.

 

I remember Broner winning some vacant WBA belt and then getting upgraded to Super, over the actual WBA champion.

The biggest problem with WBA to understand something about their belts is very large number of their " names " for belts.

WBC too now looks a bit strange. Earlier they had Silver and World Title, later diamond belt? and now looks they had created new weight class, I will not be surprised if they will introduce also gold and platinum, maybe palladium belts and ruby belts.

Reality for western fans is marketing. While Norris and JCVD were 100% legit, Lee was more like actor.
His theory and approach about this was correct but he was clown with his 1 inch punch and an actor.
